THE BETTERWebsite terms.
Last updated September 30, 2026. These terms describe this website. Etsy and Gumroad manage purchases, delivery and their transaction-specific terms.
Product information
We provide descriptions, previews and links to The Better Plans digital products. We aim for accurate information, but listings and files can change. Check the listing on your chosen platform for current contents, price, any applicable coupon and purchase terms before placing an order. A website preview is not itself a download of the purchased product.
Purchases and downloads
A purchase button takes you to the named platform, Etsy or Gumroad where available. That platform handles payment processing and download access under its own terms and policies. This website does not accept payment-card details or ship physical goods. Contact the platform where you purchased for order support.
Educational information
Articles, workouts and printable previews are general educational resources, not individualized professional advice. Exercise and health information cannot assess your situation; consult a qualified professional when needed. You are responsible for deciding whether a resource is suitable for you.
